By Us
We do not collect any personal data such as accounts, emails, or names. Textify transcribes and summarizes voice data locally on your device without retaining it. We do not collect IP addresses, voice data, transcriptions, or summaries.
By Third Parties
Textify does not use non-Apple services for transcription or summarization. Voice messages, transcriptions, and summaries are not sent to Textify servers or third-party AI providers. Apple may process limited information for App Store purchases, subscriptions, and Apple-provided system services:
- App Store purchase and subscription handling
- Apple system services used by iOS, where applicable
2. How We Use Your Information
Your voice data is used exclusively for local transcription or summarization. We do not store, sell, or receive your voice data, transcriptions, summaries, or IP addresses. Textify does not employ cookies or analytics services in the app.
3. Information Disclosure
Textify does not disclose voice data, transcriptions, or summaries to non-Apple services. Apple may receive information required for App Store purchases, subscriptions, and Apple-provided system services.
4. On-Device Transcription
Textify processes voice messages locally on your device for transcription and Textify+ summarization. The app does not upload your voice messages to Textify-controlled servers or non-Apple AI providers.
5. Data Retention
We do not retain voice data, transcriptions, or summaries on our servers. Processing happens locally on your device, and app-generated temporary files are managed by the app and iOS.
6. Data Security
Because Textify does not send voice data to Textify-controlled servers or non-Apple AI services, your voice content remains on your device. App Store purchase and subscription communication is handled by Apple.
7. Consent
You must agree to this policy before using the app. Consent can be withdrawn anytime by contacting info@studiostaufer.com. Since we do not retain your data, no additional steps are needed to erase it.
8. Data Protection by Design
Governed by German and EU law, Textify minimizes personal data processing by design.
9. International Users
Textify does not transfer your voice data, transcriptions, or summaries internationally. Apple may process App Store purchase, subscription, and system-service information according to Apple’s privacy policy.
10. User Rights
Because we don’t store personal data, you don’t have traditional data-access rights. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
